🔥 March Property Market Update

March has been an incredibly active month for the team at Luton Properties! Last week, we had a strong lineup of 17 auctions, with 11 properties selling prior or on the day – that’s an impressive 65% clearance rate. 👏

📊 How does that compare to the Canberra market? The average clearance rate in Canberra is sitting around 45%, meaning the Luton team is performing 20% higher than the market average. This is a testament to the hard work and expertise of our agents! 🏡💼

👉 Other key stats for March so far:

• 14 properties put under offer last week 📑
• 45 properties exchanged in total 🔑
• 39 new listings added to the market 🏘️

These figures reflect data as of March 17th, highlighting a strong start to the year!

🏡 What’s Driving Market Activity?

Nick and Craig discussed what might be contributing to the surge in activity. One factor could be buyers rushing to secure properties before the Easter break. 🐣 Many people are taking advantage of the upcoming long weekend (three days’ leave for ten days off!), which may be influencing listing and settlement timelines.

However, Craig also credits the outstanding efforts of Luton’s sales team in achieving such remarkable results. A big shoutout to our agents for their dedication! 🎉
