Staff undertake regular in-house training to stay up-to-date on the latest real estate trends, ensuring our collective finger is on the pulse of the local market.
JOSH PHEGAN SALES TRAINING
Internationally renowned speaker, trainer and coach Josh Phegan hosts Training with Josh Phegan. A series of in-person and virtual events for the service lines across Luton, together we focus on core skills: growth, prospecting, listing and negotiation.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TRAINING
We host events to better help all Property Managers under the Luton banner excel in all aspects of their career. We provide the opportunity for career progression within a nurturing and supportive environment, with skills in leadership and culture building. With correct foundations and processes in place, a Luton Property Manager will feel confident in their ability to enhance the customer experience.

ANNUAL KICKSTART EVENT
At the start of every year we hold our Kickstart Event. This wide-sprawling breakfast sees all heads of departments, staff and guest speaker Josh Phegan get together and kick the year off the right way.
QUARTERLY AWARDS
We hold Quarterly Office Awards to recognise talent – not just for our agents but for people who contribute to the culture.
LUTON OPEN
Fancy a game of tennis? Each year we descend on the local tennis courts and thrash it out, followed by a team bbq and drinks.
COMPANY BIRTHDAY AND ANNUAL AWARDS
Every year we bring the team together on the company’s birthday to recognise the successes and achievements for the year. Our official birthday is 27 August 1999.
MELBOURNE CUP
This is indeed the event that stops that nation. We have a Melbourne Cup Lunch, an internal sweep and the 3200m classic played out on the boardroom TV.
STAFF BIRTHDAYS
Your birthday will be celebrated with a birthday wish email from the team at Luton, and paid birthday leave so you can make the most of your special day.
TEAM BONDING EVENTS
Throughout the year you are invited to team bonding events, whether it is go-karting or ten-pin bowling, come along and forget the office for the night.
