Entry must be made through a licensed Luton Sales Agent. All eligible properties will be entered once the Marketing Agreement and Agency Agreement has been signed. Entrants must be over 18 years old. Prize details – $4000 Luxury Escapes gift voucher. Voucher will be released to the winner the Monday after their Auction has taken place. Voucher will be supplied to the winner by the Luton Marketing team.
Only properties booked by midnight, Monday 18 December 2023 are eligible to win. Eligible listings to be made live Friday 12 January 2024.
The winner will be drawn at 10am, Monday 5 February 2024, at 1/65 Tennant Street, Fyshwick ACT 2609. The draw will be broadcast displayed on the Luton Properties Instagram channel. The winner will be notified immediately via phone call and email by their Agent, along with the ticket number shown on Instagram Stories, which lasts 24hrs.
