ABOUT OUR CAMPAIGN
The purpose of the Early Bird Auction Event is to give our Vendors a head start on their property sale in 2025 by capitalising on the highest volume of views on real estate websites during the holiday season.
According to Realestate.com.au, New Years Day and Boxing Day are the most popular dates for the entire year. Vendors who are participating and have paid for marketing will receive a complimentary Auction package valued at $525 as well as enter into a draw for the chance to win a $4,000 Luxury Escapes holiday gift voucher to enjoy those early sunrises!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entry must be made through a licensed Luton Sales Agent. All eligible properties will be entered once the Marketing Agreement and Agency Agreement has been signed. Entrants must be over 18 years old. Prize details – $4000 Luxury Escapes gift voucher. Voucher will be released to the winner the Monday after their Auction has taken place. Voucher will be supplied to the winner by the Luton Marketing team.
Only properties booked by midnight, Friday 13 December 2024 are eligible to win. Eligible listings to be made live Thursday 19 December 2024.
The winner will be drawn at 10am, Friday 31 January 2025. The draw will be broadcast displayed on the Luton Properties Instagram channel. The winner will be notified immediately via phone call and email by their Agent, along with the ticket number shown on Instagram Stories, which lasts 24hrs.
Redraw for unclaimed prize will be drawn at 10am, Tuesday 4 February 2025. The winner will be notified immediately via phone call and email by their Agent, along with the ticket number shown on Instagram Stories, which lasts 24hrs.
