• 🔑 Properties leased: 27

• 👀 People who attended open homes: 132 (including 15 video calls)

• ⏳ Average days on market: 19 days from listing to lease

• 💵 Average weekly rent: $564

🤔 Why More Applications Than Viewings?

Zoe explained that not every applicant needs to attend an inspection to apply. In fact, each individual who wants to be on a lease must apply separately, which naturally boosts application numbers — especially in a competitive market.

Craig shared some equally exciting figures from the sales side:

• 📝 77 properties exchanged contracts

• 🔨 53 auctions conducted

• ✅ 39 properties sold at or before auction

• 📈 Clearance rate: Approximately 70%, the best we’ve seen since March 2022!
