Melissa joined Luton Properties in April 2018 as an administration support officer and not long after progressed into Sales in 2019 within an award-winning team, initially as a sales associate where she obtained a great knowledge of the selling and buying process. Her passion for real estate and customer satisfaction drove her into a new level of outstanding service.

Melissa believes preparation is key when running a successful team and selling any home. “If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail. The delivery of any successful campaign is in the preparation you do before you start”, this is something Melissa does exceptionally well in everything she does.
