An ADF family, we have lived in a rental property managed by Luton Properties for 4.5 years. During that time we have received excellent service. Notable behaviours are – realising that for renters this is HOME. Although agents work for the house owner Luton were very sensitive on this point. They were also discrete and persuasive with a reluctant landlord when items needed repair or replacement, and kept us well informed. Additionally, they were very flexible with inspections when we weren’t able to be home on dates allocated, which was so helpful to us.
